One Act Play

One Act Play is a competitive theatre program where students rehearse and perform a short production for regional and state competitions. Participants develop acting, technical, and teamwork skills while working together to bring a fast-paced production to the stage.

Activities

Rehearsing and performing a one-act theatrical production
Participating in regional and state One Act Play competitions
Working on stage crew, set design, lighting, and technical production
Collaborating with cast and crew to prepare for competition performances

Who Can Join

Open to students interested in theatre performance, stage production, and technical roles. Both actors and behind-the-scenes crew members are welcome to participate.

Meeting Information

Rehearsals are held throughout the season leading up to regional and state competition performances. Practice schedules vary depending on the stage of production.
