Jazz Band

Jazz Band offers students advanced musical opportunities in jazz performance, improvisation, and ensemble work. Members perform a variety of jazz styles while developing strong musicianship and stage presence through concerts, festivals, and community events.

Activities

Performing jazz music in an ensemble setting
Learning improvisation and advanced musical techniques

Who Can Join

Typically open to students with prior band experience who are interested in jazz performance, improvisation, and advanced ensemble playing.

Meeting Information

Rehearsals take place during scheduled practice times leading up to performances, concerts, and festival events throughout the school year.
