The Physical Education Department promotes fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits. Students participate in activities that build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning about wellness, nutrition, and personal health.
Courses encourage lifelong physical activity and support the development of social skills, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes toward fitness and wellness.
