The English Department develops strong readers, writers, and communicators. Students explore literature, learn research and composition skills, and practice speaking and listening in a variety of contexts.
Courses encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a deeper understanding of language and storytelling. Advanced opportunities, such as college credit courses, help prepare students for postsecondary success.
