If you live outside the Mesabi East School District and would like your child to attend Mesabi East, you must complete an Open Enrollment Application in addition to the Mesabi East enrollment form.
Minnesota’s statewide enrollment options program allows students to attend a public school district other than the one in which they live.
Once a student is accepted through open enrollment, the student may continue attending the nonresident district through high school graduation.
In most situations, transportation is the responsibility of the family.
