Substitute teachers play an essential role in maintaining learning continuity for students. At Mesabi East Schools, we partner with Kelly Education (formerly Teachers on Call) to provide substitute staffing for classrooms and support areas across the district.
Whether you’re a licensed teacher, a retired educator, a recent graduate, or someone exploring a future career in education, substitute teaching offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a positive impact on students. Kelly Education provides onboarding, training, and placement services to help substitutes become confident and effective in the classroom.
