Mesabi East High School partners with Essentia Health to provide athletic training and sports medicine services that help keep our student-athletes safe and healthy.

Mesabi East Girls Hockey opportunities are available through a cooperative partnership with Rock Ridge. Mesabi East student-athletes compete as part of the Rock Ridge girls hockey program, giving them the chance to develop their skills, compete at a high level, and represent their school communities with pride throughout the winter season.

Girls hockey demands speed, quick decision-making, and nonstop effort, along with strong teamwork and trust in every shift. From the opening faceoff to the final horn, our student-athletes experience the energy of competition, the challenge of continuous improvement, and the confidence that comes from being part of a dedicated team.
