athlete wanting to improve your stamina , an individual with arthritis or Parkinson’s , or just needing to keep the joints moving! YOU can benefit from Ki Gong!

We meet, laugh, and practice every Tuesday @ 6:00 PM & Thursday @ 10:00 AM at the Loon Lake Community Center. You are welcome to attend one or both. No prior experience necessary.
