Student Support Services

Check and Connect: This is an evidence-based dropout prevention program that uses trained mentors to engage marginalized students in grade K-12 and keep them on track to graduate. Demonstrated outcomes of Check & Connect include: increased attendance, persistence in school, accrual of credits and school completion rates; and decreased truancy, tardies, behavioral referrals and drop out rates.

ADAPT: School based mental health program. Our practitioners and professionals provide community and school-based mental health services. They are designed to provide an array of services to help children resolve social, emotional and behavioral problems that hinder their school performance and/or functioning in their home and community. Therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions are provided to teach self-regulation, organization, communication and socialization skill that promote improved functioning and interactions.
